Transmission lines of 10kV to 220kV serve as the core framework of urban and rural power grid systems, widely applied in urban power supply, industrial park power distribution and cross-regional transmission projects. According to line functions and mechanical characteristics, transmission towers are divided into four main types: tangent towers, tension towers, angle towers and terminal towers. Each type has independent stress logic, structural layout and load standards, requiring refined customized design based on actual site conditions.
Our engineering design comprehensively calculates multiple parameters including on-site wind pressure, ice thickness, line span, terrain and seismic intensity to optimize steel specifications, member arrangement and node connection structure, ensuring overall tower stability under extreme weather.
Strictly following national power design standards, we adopt Q235B and Q355B high-strength steel and full hot-dip galvanizing treatment to eliminate hidden corrosion risks. All towers pass mechanical simulation verification, load pressure testing and deflection checking, delivering excellent wind resistance, ice resistance and seismic performance. They adapt to complex field environments such as plains, mountains and hills, ensuring long-term safe and stable operation of high-voltage transmission lines.
